Vinegar Noodles 2 Cups uncooked spiral noodles (Optional) 1 tablespoon snipped chives. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a bowl and add vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in a joar with tight-fitting lid, shake well. Pour over noodle mixture and toss to caot. Cover and refrgerate for at least one hour.
