Vinegar Noodles

2 Cups uncooked spiral noodles
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/2 cup broccoli flowerettes
6 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

(Optional) 1 tablespoon snipped chives. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a bowl and add vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in a joar with tight-fitting lid, shake well. Pour over noodle mixture and toss to caot. Cover and refrgerate for at least one hour.
