Chive-Roasted Corn

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup fresh snipped chives or chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ears corn-husked

In a small bowl combine margarine or butter, chives or onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Using a knife(or brush) spread ears of corn with butter mixture.

Then wrap each ear in heavy foil. Grill corn on an uncovered grill directly over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning frequently. (Of course more ears can be used depending on people being served)

This recipe can be used as a side dish to your meats.
