Coconut Date Balls Ingredients Needed:2 eggs, well beaten 1 cup sugar 1 tblsp of butter 2 cups chopped dates 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 cups of Rice Krispies 1 cup nuts Flaked coconut Blend eggs, sugar, and butter in pan for about 10 minutes, cook together. Add dates and stir until soft. Remove from heat, add vanilla, nuts and rice krispies. Roll into balls, roll balls in flaked coconut. Be sure to butter hands to prevent burning them.
