Cucumber Sandwiches

4 medium to large cucumbers
1 loaf of cocktail rye
McCormick's Salad Supreme
1--8 oz container sour cream
1--4 oz pkg Hidden Valley Buttermolk Dressing
1--8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

Mix cream cheese, Hidden Valley and sour cream. Spread on slices of rye bread, fairly thick.
With vegetable peeler, make stripes of cucumbers, then slice into medium thick slices; place one slice of cucumber on each slice of rye bread.
Sprinkle with Salad Supreme.
This is a colorful and Christmasy looking snack and is also very tasty.

Here is a bonus recipe:

Shrimp Dip

1--8 oz pkg, cream cheese
1/8 cup hot water
1/2 cup shrimp sauce
1 can tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained (add more shrimp if you would like)

Beat cream cheese and hot water until smooth. Add shrimp sauce; mix until whipped. Fold in shrimp. Serve with crackers
