Aunt Verna's Vegetable Beef Soup Ingredients needed:Beef Meat~either cut small a chuck roast, or ready-cut stew meat. Salt and Pepper meat, dredge in flour~Braise Add: 1 cup chopped celery and leaves 1 medium onion, chopped 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes 1 small can tomato sauce 2 regular size frozen vegetable soup mixture packages 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1 garlic clove crushed Salt and Pepper to taste Cover with water Directions: In a large sauce or soup pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer. Soup tastes better the next day. If anyone would like to make this wonderful soup and bring it to the station we would highly recommend it; or make a batch for your upcoming winter festivities, warm the kids up after playing outside!!
