Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
3 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen asparagus (or you may substitute with 2 packages of frozen broccoli)
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
pimentos and cashews if desired

Directions:
Layer chicken and asparagus into a 9 X 13 inch cake pan; Mix soups together and pour over; top with shredded cheese, pimentos, and cashews. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees, then sprinkle french fried onions over and bake 5 to 10 minutes more. 1 cup cooked rice can be added if desired
