Rhubarb Upside Down Cake (this recipe is fast and delicious!)

1 - Box yellow cake mix
4 - Cups of rhubarb (cut small)
one and three-quarter cups of sugar
one-half pint of whipping cream

Mix cake as directed on box. Spread in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle rhubarb evenly over cake. Sprinkle sugar over the rhubarb. Drizzle cream over the sugar. Bake in 350-degree oven for sixty minutes. Cool in pan (20-30 minutes). Tip over on cookie sheet.
