Broccoli Slaw 1/4 c. oil1/3 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1 bag broccoli slaw 1 bunch green onions (chopped) 1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles (uncooked) 1 c. cashews 1 c. sunflower seeds To make dressing: Mix the oil, cider vinegar and sugar together with the powder packet from the noodles. Break up noodles and toss with the broccoli slaw and onion. Pour the dressing over this mixture. Add the cashews and sunflower seeds about 1 hour before serving.
